my neighbour filed suit for mandatory injunction by obtaining wrong plan from u.l.c
pl. advice can i file criminal case or what steps should i take .i filed complaint in the u.l.c but is of no use.

Forgery of public document is grave criminal offence. Lodge complaint with police and draw attention of the civil court for expert appointment to test its genuineness.
