Format of indemnity and resignation letter chsl

We reside in a Co-operative society we recently sold our flat and have submitted all the papers form 20 (1) etc nomination forms, transfer forms & fees etc to the society 2 more papers have to be given from our side an Indemnity and a resignation letter.

Can u kindly guide me with a format of the same.

approach co-op society federation, they sell it.

Format of indemnity bond should have been prescribed by the society, while the resignation can be in a very simple letter addressed to the society to accept the resignation from the membership. You can also check with the society if that has prescribed any specific format for resignation letter also.
