Dear hounarable seniors and friends,
wife is saying to compromise but i am saying to write a statement and file before session judge that to write the below mentioned true facts :-
"All the alegations are absolutely false and case is filed under presuure by my loved ones in veiw of extortion of money and full control on husbnad.
further to write that, such act of false filing of case never will be happened in future and i am very sorry doing the unsococial things even implication the senior parent and sister of husbnad.
i am fully accepting my wrong doing work in home and arranging the unsocial person to make several harrassment to the husbnad and his nearest loved ones.
that, all the alegations are made a ready made theory and not have any iota of truth in the alegations. i want to withdraw the case withou any conditions.
kindly suggest that the above statement will assist me to take bail and quash the case. i request you to give advice that what type of statement to be taken from wife so that, husbnad and his family will not be implicated or harrased in future.

your wife will never admit that case was filed to extort money from you . similarly you cant restrain her from filing cases in future . just ask her to with draw allegations made in complaint filed by her and to agree for divorce by mutual consent

None can be expected to make statement as per your drafting. Try if your wife is ready for that. It shall be better if both side lawyers do sit together and decide the wording of the statement of your wife if a compromise has arrived at between both the parties.
