you have not mentioned your previous job particulars 1. if you selected for a new post then you have take permission from your previous office 2. if you are joining the new post then you have to take NOC from the previous office 3. if the pay is more then in new post your pay should be protected as pay protection 4. relieving letter

1.i am working as dev.officer in lic of india. 2.suspension period was from 02/12/2011 to 05/04/2013. 3.i appeared for state public service commission's preliminary exam on 26/05/2012 and mains exam on 25/11/2012. 4.previous employer is lic of india and new employer is state govt. 5.i had informed lic of india that i was appearing state public service commission's exam. 6.results from state service commission declared on 25/03/2013.until now no correspondence has been made from commission.so i have not resigned right now from lic of india.can lic of india make hesitation to give relieving letter to me while joining new job?please suggest. 7.i have not suppressed any material fact from lic of india as well as state service commission.

here i dont think that you have to resign from lic of india right now after completion of the process of commission and taking all NOC and relieving letter settlement of you account will start then you can leave that job by giving all the facts to the employer and your pay protection does not arise
