i hv agriculture land, which has com to me from my fahter and to my father from his grandfather.
there r three parts in that land, one purchased by my fathers grandfather, second my fahters grandfahter had adverse possesion and the third one was purchased by my father the sale deed is on his name, in sale deed my fahters grandfather has mentioned that the money is given by whom it is been purchased,that means my fahter.
now my father and his brothers had a dispute regarding all the properties. they had a partition deed
in that partition deed my father stated that the land purchased by his grandfather belongs to huf and needed to be partitioned.
does any of the family member hv share in my property.

The sale deed exclusively in name of your father shall come to his heirs alone and not to uncle side.

as per PD ur uncle has no share in it.
