I am facing dv and i didnt given anymaintanance yet.i am a private sector employee and my salary is 10000 i want to know that if i dont pay the maintanance can the court attach my salary for maintanance

yes it can be attached . you have to comply with court orders on maintenance

Comply with the court orders. You should pay the maintenance as per court order. Agree with the experts.

There is no distinction between govt. or private or self employer or unemployer persons for the purpose of liability to pay maintenance. Either follow the verdict of the court or be ready to face its wrath including the attachment of salary, attachment of property, civil imprisonment etc.
