Leave encashment on resignation

myself is working in public ltd company in financial sector.full top management from parent organization. whenever employee resigns they give gratuity and pf as per norms. but no money for earn leave in hand at that time. can we do anything as per companies act or any other law. but there is facility to sell 15 days leave in every alternative year

Leave Encashment rules are covered by the Service Regulations of that particular Public Ltd.Company. If there is no provision for encashment of leave in the Service Regulations, you do not have any remedy.
