Info on procedure for filing evidence

(Querist) 17 July 2013 This query is : Resolved 
In a Specific Relief suit consisiting of Plaintiff-Private Party, Defendant - Govt. Department.

The Plaintiff filed a Call for Records / Documents Petition against D1.

D1. Government Department Did file a false counter Affidavit.

Please mention the proper legal procedure required for:
1. Filing evidence in the form of documents to bring the true facts to the light of the Hon'ble Court.

Please note that the Plaintiff is not interested in filing a 340 CrPC petition.

You may file an application for summoning the necessary record, before the Ld. Civil Court, and one the application is allowed your counsel will follow the appropriate procedure to cross examine the other witnesses and will also bring on record the necessary documents.
