Urgent my haering is on 23 july tomorrow in high court

(Querist) 22 July 2013 This query is : Resolved
Sir/madam

I was awarded a maintenence of 11000pm. My husband then changed the lawyer and has appealed in the high court. i ahd filed a caveat and hence my lawyer recieved the notice and the judge asked my lawyer what my say was. as per my reply to the main divorce petition my lawyer said i want to go back. Now the judge has called me and my husband to the high court to intervene in the matter. My first query is

1) What should i expect in this interventon. Is it going to be monetary discussion or a discussion on the main petition i.e if i want to go back or not and what my husbands say is.
2) Does calling us both mean the apeal has been admitted by the court?

Sir
In high court we were given time to talk to each other without the presence of our lawyers or family members. we spoke for almost two hrs. My husband then said in the court room that he would like to try and reconcile by staying togeter for a few days. The court then gave a date after 2 weeks. My hasband was supposed to take us to his house in august first week but seeked time from court saying he as not able to arrnge a house in Banglore. Now he is supposed to come by 3rd of sept. Meanwhile we are in touch through calls on mobile. he answers my calls bu doesnt call. he is now also saying that he is thinking of withdrawing the divorce petition. He says will stay together for our daughter(3yrs old). ad let our relation take its own time. My query to you sir/madam is
1)If he doesnot take us as he said in the court what course of action will the high court take further
2)If after a few days he decides not to stay with me and our daughter without withdrawing the case, what course of action will the high court take further.
3) What is to be done if he withdraws the case but refuses to stay together.
Next date in high court is next week and in lower family court is 16 sept 2013

It would depend whether he has given any undertaking in the court or he has sought time to think it over.

1. If he has not given any undertaking, the case would proceed on its own merits.
2. This is speculative question, it would depend on which grounds he has so decided.
3. Nothing, it is his case and he can withdraw at any stage.

Anything is possible from the side of your husband, as his commitment, as you state, "he would like to try and reconcile by staying togeter for a few days" is doubtful by saying TRY ............. for a FEW DAYS.

After few days, God knows what would happen.
