Establishment of shop under a pvt. ltd. company

Can any body help me to get the information about - How many and which licenses are required for the establishment of a shop (for healthy drink products)in U.P. under Pvt. Ltd. company registered in Delhi?

Should we go for registration under U.P. shop & registration Act and any license from food department for such type of work.

You have to take permission from Municipal, under shops and establishment Act, Police permission, permission from collector office.
