Dastavej (registration completed), but there is a problem in mutation entry process

(Querist) 29 July 2013 This query is : Resolved
Dear Advocates,

A property after making Non Agricultural land was sold in 1982 by registering a bond and in the year 2011, dastavej and registration process was completed by the seller to the buyer.

Now the problem is, the person who sold the land is having younger brother and he has put his objection during the mutation entry process, that his elder brother has not given his share and without his concern its sold.

Party who purchased the land has paid him the amount of his share in 1982 by giving an open check.

And in due process party who purchased the land has fought by hiring an advocate. the case has reached AC for mutation process. Will it affect the registration? How to get the mutation entry process done? Is this objection valid when the Sale deed is completed.

Need your views on this.

Regards,
Mahalakshmi
