plz do help me to draft a notice for negligent & wrongful manner.addressing to branch manager of said insurance company,who successfully denied to have premium in form of ECS from a lady.As the lady is paying the premium frm last $yrs for her term plan.Now she want to sue that company in consumer forum,so is it possible to sue?
on which ground & sections this can be done?
will you plz assist 7 guide me?
