Child visitation rights

Hi experts,Kindly let me know.when a dv case is goning can i file for child visitation.for that can i have to file a seperate application or tell the judge verbally becoz my advacate is saying that it would cost me.pls help me that how to file for child visitation.

You need to file a separate petition for that purpose before the family court whereas the DV Act case is going on before the local magistrate.

dv is going in delhi saket district court and i am staying in faridabad can i file the pettion in faridabad court?

You should file it at Saket Court.
