divorce on creulty

Dear experts,
Request your advice in my divorce case.i have filed for divorce and dv case and both the cases are under trials now. My husband and in law s inorder to escape from the dv settlement have cum forward to settle the compensation amount mentioned in the divorce case as it is very less amount of settle ment compared to the dv settlement also my husband wants to get married to someone as soon as possible. ..my question here is if divorce case is over will tat be an advantage to the my husband to escape from giving me the compensation and escape from the dv case am asking you this because this was told and challenged by my husband when we met in court

& DO NOT DIVORCE HIM .

Sir both divorce and dv cases were filed at same time both are under progress now but my husband family s focussing more on divorce case since the settlement amount s meger and dey can show tat n dv court tat divorce s over and settlement hasbeen given

The settlement can not be made without your consent. Hence the amount can be settled only if you agree. It does not depend upon which case the settlement is made as once the settlement is made all the cases would be withdrawn.
