This query is : Resolved
1.Can a member of a Trust become its Auditor?
2.Can Governing body's meeting be called giving 1 day's notice if majority of members agree , without giving agenda to pass its Annual Accounts ? In the meeting, can unaudited accounts be put to vote ?
3.Can AGM of such Trust be called giving less than 14 days's notice, by circulating unaudited accounts? The auditor had signed the accounts 2 days after the Governing body's meet mentioned in point no. 2.

Trust Deed is the final document and you should search for the answers of your queries in the trust deed.

The question asked by you can be adequately answered only after going through Trust Deed as well as provisions contained in THE BOMBAY PUBLIC TRUSTS ACT, 1950,so it would be better to enquire locally.
