Incom tax not filed of ay 2010 -11

I could not file Income tax of assessment Year 2010 -11. Now AO send a letter to me to send acknowledment No. of income tax file from AY 2010 -11 to 2012-13 in 10 days. on other page are mentioned showing some detail of purchase including home purchase in 2012-13 on loan. Since I am salaried person no tax liabilities is there in AY 2010-11. Please advice what I should Do

May reply the notice that you are a salaried person and not under the tax slab. The sales purchases does not belong to you or give the sources of fund for these purchases. May enclose copy of your Form 16 from your employer.
However, you should also consult your tax adviser. It seems the purchases are considered by the AO beyond your earnings.
