Duplicate school leaving certificate

I am requiring the School Leaving Certificate for SC Certificate from State of Gujarat, The Mamlatdar is asking the Original School Leaving Certificate for Verification, as I do not have the Original (Given during the Admission of Junior College & again Given Original of HSC to Degree College),
I have the Xerox Copy, but the mamlatdar want the Original for Verification,
I have requested my School/College to issue me a Duplicate SCHOOL/COLLEGE Leaving Certificate, as my School & College are same,
The School/College Authorities has said they can only issue Bonofide Certificate & not the School Leaving Certificate, they cannot give the even Duplicate Certificate.
Can anyone guide me to get the school/college Duplicate Leaving Certifcate

Dear Sir, I called the College Staff they say they can issue the TC (Transfer Certificate) as after the BCOM Degree they do not issue the College LC, they only issue TC

The details of community,caste etc., are noted in the Transfer certificate.The bonafide certifcate may be asked for with these details.Once admitted,the college will issue their own Transfer certificate and the previous one is retained for their record.The bonafide certificate will serve the purpose.

Get the bonafide student certificate and character certificate from the school and college. These would contain the required particulars.

Dear Sir,
I have taken the Bonafide Certificate from College & same have given to Mamlatdar, but they insists on the School LC Only.
I have explained them as I have done the Graduation from mumbai university & now doing PG from Mumbai University, I can get a Transfer Certificate, he says I need the School/College LC thats all.
