A company was formed and registered in the year 1995 with two lady directors. Company started business immediately and was active since 2002. Business of the company was closed in the year 2002 due to non-talkative terms of both the directors. The name of the company could not be struck off due to non-talkative terms of both the directors till date. Now, one of the director herself wants to get the name of the company struck off from the register of companies. Whether it is possible? If it is not possible and the lady director filed form 32 appointing her son as new director of the company and then both compliances with the provisions of FTE mode to get the company struck off. it is to be noted that both the first directors were appointed offline and no particulars of first directors are available online.
