Vehicle caught by police for no permit in state

(Querist) 09 January 2014 This query is : Resolved 
Dear sir,
I have Commercial vehicle which is purchased from Chandigarh.I have not taken permit in Bihar. And now it is caught by police. They imposed these sections 177, 192(56) , 22/28(7), 196,190(2).
Please help me what the means of these section and whats the maximum penalty for this.

You have to contact local lawyer, pay the penalty and get the vehicle released. The amount of penalty more or less depends upon the discretion of the authority.
