dear experts, in my dv case i filed execution petition and court issued warrent against my husband and due to warrent my husband has gone underground in this situation what will the court do.he doesn't have any property in his name and not have any bank balance.pls advice me

is your husband working in any organisation ? you can seek court orders to direct company to pay maintenance from his salary .

if your husband has gone underground and does not attend court in spite of issue of non bailable warrants court may declare him an absconder .
