Sir,
In my 498-A case we filed applications under 205, 207 Crpc and other allied sections and we also filed the writeen submissions against the framing of charges..surprisngly the complainant ( girl father) WHO IS NOT ADVOCATE is appering on behalf of the PP with his Pvt counsel..we have objected that its case instituted on police report and ist not Pvt complaint since state is the prosecution of the case..The Ld JMIC has directed that documenst must be signed and fwd by PP..The ld APP blindly signed the documents without even gone through the contents of the replies and submissions...The submissions are very much derogatory and had harsh language which is not expected by state or any Govt body to make such kind of submissions especially when the docuemmnts has not been received through proper channel..whether there is liability exist on the part of state??Any suggestion in regards to legal department of state about such kind of malpractices amy be advised and welcome ffor the interest of me as well as othe persons?

Move an application before JMIC for rejection and return of such docements (after obtaining certified copy for your record/reference). Even then you are dissatisfied challange his (JMIC)order. Donot give up, contest.

quoting the same reason, you may file a petition to reject the said document challenging its maintainability. The allegations to be pointed out against the APP too for his lethargic and careless attitude on such sensitive issues.
