Hello,
Kindly, clarify my doubts.
I would like to join as a member in an already existing educational/charitable trust, which is managing a high school. Could you pls. tell me what are the legal documents I should get from them and also how to register my name legally in that trust. Until I pay the full money, what are the legal documents/legal bid I can have from them. Thanks. - Dr.MB

Unless Trustee allows you join, you can not join there at your will.
For formalities Board Of Trustees can only answer your query.
If it is public trust then Charity commissioner will have to be informed.

They may provide you the receipt of money paid to the trust. Your name would be entered in the list of members if approved by trustees as per procedure laid down in the trust deed.

You are posting too many threads in this portal on different subjects, I think you can afford to pay a lawyer his consultation fee and get clarified with all your problems legally or whether you are giving advise on payment to your clients by clarifying the details from here on the different subjects?.
