Rights for land ocupiers under sra

I want some guidance for what are my rights being an land occupier. of a property which is declared as slum and is under redevelopment under SRA scheme
1. I pay N.A tax since 1952.
2. I pay Assessment tax since 1952
3. on the property card the name of builder differ from The builder developing the area under slum in which my land is situated.

Are there any chances of protectin the property or getting a good compensation???

if you have the documents prior to 1995 in case slum is redeveloped you will be offered alternative accommodation .

Yes, you are eligible for getting proper compensation under Slum Rehabilitation Act.

U misunderstood me I am not a tenant in a particular slum I am the owner of 10 room construction so being a land occupier do I have any rights?
