Law courses

(Querist) 30 March 2014 This query is : Resolved
Greetings,

I am a student I have recently appeared for my 12th Boards and I look forward to make Law my career . While filling up the forms of different colleges I came across two courses i.e BA LLB & BBA LLB. But the only query is if I go for BBA LLB would I be qualified to practice or sit for the Judicial Services , i.e enjoy the basic perks of Ba LLB course ?

Thank You.
Swasti Singh.

If those degree courses are recognized by Bar Council Of India the BCI then you would be eligible to practice.Confirm the same with the concerned college.

Both are same if recognised by Bar Council. The second has more value in corporate sector.
