Right of husband/children and in laws to my self acquired property

(Querist) 26 June 2014 This query is : Resolved
I married recently. I had executed an agreement to purchase a flat before I got married. The is under construction and I am myself paying the installments for the flat.
Kindly advise me the manner in which I can secure the flat in the name of my father, mother and brother in such a manner that my husband/ my children/ my inlaws are not able to claim/enjoy the flat anytime during my life or thereafter (after my death).

make a will in your parents favour . or execute gift deed in favour of parents

Making a will suit you. You would be able to change that any time later on second thought also, if you feel the need for.

Yes, wither of the Will or Gift will suit you.

dear madam....
You can either make a WILL or execute a gift deed ... for any help or query do reply back

In view of your description, personally, I don't recommend gift deed in your case, as you will lose all controls over your own property after the date the deed is registered.
