Consumer protection act deficiency in service

My complaint against builder for deficiency in service &compensation as per agreement was dismissed by District Forum and also dismissed by national commission ,statecommission and supreme court.
now it has been noticed that OP has commited perjury, suppression of facts &documents and natural justice was denied by forum.what is remedy to sqash the impunged order of Forum?
file application u/s151,152,153 of CPC to national commission or HC
File writ under 226/227 to HC &under32 to SC to sqash the order

Application of 340 CRPC lies in the court where petition containing false statement on oath ws made.
No Writ petition lies for this.
