I want tp divorce my wife as she is not willong to stay with me abroad and she agreed before marriage that she will come abroad but she refuses to come abroad. Now it has beem 2 yrs after marriage I hv taken vacations to rectify thw situation but she is tortuting me by nt coming to my house and being in her parents house ... she has stayed nly for 3 mnths in my house rest of the tjme she is staying eith her mom in mom house.. I want to send postal talaq I need ur help and also what r the things that she would do against me... I hv nt taken ny dowry...

Dear Querist
If you send a talaqnama with three months iddat period maintenance and her mahr then the talaq has been completed.
She can file maintenance case against you and she may file criminalcases uunder section 498A / 406 of ipc against you and your family based on the false allegations if you or your family members do or don't. .........
