Regarding about shop's license

Dear experts,
I am planning to open a small pet's food shop and I'm doing for the first time. I heard about ghumasta licenses and FDA licenses but I don't know exactly which licenses are required to open a shop. And where to go, I would b grateful if any can help me and guide me.

where are you from ? i dont know your exact state ? any way if any shop you get license from local corporation office only enough.
