The attendance of respondent/defendant or party to litigation in civil dispute including matrimonial dispute, until and unless ordered for personal appearance by court, it is not compulsory or essential. The provisions referred by you do not attract to the subject query. If you have repeated the query, what was the reason, did you expect any favorable reply by repeating the query?
