Are you having visitation rights?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 08 September 2014
Though you have every right to visit your daugher ening her biological father, your wife can refuse your entry and then only the role of court comes into play.
ajay sethi (Expert) 08 September 2014
inform your wife i n advance that on your second daughter birthday you shall be visiting her with your elder daughter . request her to please confirm whether she would permit you to visit her on said date . if wife refuses move court in this regard

You can ask her to celebrate the b.day. If she permits OK otherwise get court permission.

DO YOU HAVE CUSTODY/ VISITING RIGHTS THRU COURT ORDER??
R U DIVORCED?

u need court order; to avoid complications.
Enter into MOU, after Legal notice to her that u will participate celebrating your daughter birthday
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 09 September 2014
I do agree with the experts.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 11 September 2014
I agree with the experts that a prior information (rather permission or intimation) would facilitate a easy sailing or else the situation may turn ugly and unnecessary new litigation may crop up.
