Once the Criminal case is dismissed by the way of acquittal or conviction,the surety bonds when can withdrawn from the case dismiss date

after how many days petition 444 can file and take back the money of sureties

Dismissal of the criminal case ipso facto carries with it the discharge/acquittal of the accused and consequently bail bonds stand cancelled. No need to apply for it.
