Dear sir

Im living in chennai -tamilnadu district.male -53yrs I have problm in my father property pls guide. We have a own house.presantly im staying with my family. (problem is this property only) Me and mom and one young sister are legalhers. Father died on 1995. He didnt wrote any will. Some reason on 1980 this proprty allocated from tamilnadu slum board to my father. Few years back my sister took one part from this home.then she is asking 50% share from this property. More than 15 years this problm going on.i said come to legal way. Put partition suit. On this home. What court will decide I will do that.but she is nt coming legal way. She is not file any suite.till nw.She is giving pressure and torcher to me and my family.she have political power. In this situation. What I want to do. Pls guide me. Here I discussed some lawyer but they are telling different ways.

In this situation. My home (above mentioned) totally demaged. Me and my family living here. So Can I construct my whole home.

If i do that any legal problem will come?

Pls help me.
