I want help you regarding subjected matter.
Actually my neighbor are daily tocharing, degrading treatment and wrongly word use against my family. in this situation what we do. which case file against police station and court. plz suggest.

File a case in executive magistrate u/s 133 crpc.
You can file criminal case of defamation and intimidation also.
Lodge complaint with local police.

If is rented house, my sincere advice is leave it as early as possible to live peacefully. Legally you have so many rights, ultimate sufferer will be you only. Your neighbours will enjoy looking at your plight. Do not give them that opportunity. Ofcourse, if you are living in your own house, follow the advice of Mr.Barman after exhausting mediation efforts by nearby co-owners. Initiation of legal action is easy and to continue it till the end is miserable. For petty matters, do not burden the legal system.
