I WAS FILE ONE CIVIL SUIT for declaration, possession and injunction.
1) I PLAINTIFF & THREE DEFENDANT ORDER PASS
FOR EXAMINATION OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS
BEFORE ONE PERSON FILE U/O 1 RULE 10 CPC
APPLICATION.
2) PLAINTIFF(ME) & DEFENDANTS AGREE TO COMPROMISE BEHALF OF SETTLE ALL CASES (CRIMINAL & CIVIL) IN FRONT OF MEDITATION CELL.
3) APPLICANT FILE ONE FABRICATED & FALSE
DECEASED SIGNATURE WITH FALSE NOTARY STAMP ( NO RECORD - MINISTRY OF LAW & DELHI ADDMIN.) AS PER RTI REPLY.

1. HONORABLE MAGISTRATE ALLOW TO APPLICANT FOR PARTY OR NOT
2. HONORABLE MAGISTRATE ALLOW TO PLAINTIFF(ME) & DEFENDANT SETTLE COMPROMISE IN FRONT OF MEDITATION CELL
OR NOT

1. Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C. comes in picture if the suit is filed in the name of a wrong plaintiff.
2. If such third person as you know and say has submitted a fraudulent document as to entitle him to be added as the true plaintiff then if the present plaintiff and makes a motion before the court educing the evidence to sustain that the document filed by such third person is not genuine then in that case the Court will not admit him as the plaintiff.
3. The proceedings before the mediation can be progressed and that would be acceptable by the court.

Only the order sheet can establish whether the 3rd person is added or not. If before passing such order the parties have compromised the suit then he has no case anymore in this suit.
