Dowry case

hi ...
my sister has filed dowry case along with domestic violence case .her mediation was failed in march 2014 but no chargesheet or improvement took place in year .we have also filed divorce case.please tell
1.what steps we should take to file chargesheet .
2.what is approx time and way to get get divorce in less time .
3.how her in laws are going to return amount given as dowry .

Charge sheet is filed by police officials, so you can't do anything ..... File an application before the concerned court for speedy disposal of the case ...
