Dear Sir,
I won one title civil case in Howrah Civil Court.
Now other party has raised appeal.
And its showing as under Act
'All-India Institute of Medical Sciences Act"
Under section 1.
Can you please help me to understand the meaning of this.
Also Purpose of Hearing is mentioned as "S / R & AD" what this means ?
Please help me.
