How to start & setup money lending business in delhi.?

I want to start micro money lending business but i don't know ABC of money lending Act, So please advice me how i setup the business.

Besides several other formalities of setting up a business entity, the most important task is to get permission of the RBI.

However, you are required to have a thorough discussion in person with some expert to get appropriate guidance on modalities and formalities to be adopted for the proposed business.
