Hello I am female 23 year old unmarried.

I have been in relation with 35 year old guy married since last 8 years
We want to settle down together but he is not ready to file divorce case as he want it to happen on mutual consent. He never lived with his wife even after marriage. They lived together hardly for 1 year in the span of 8 years.He is no more living with his wife. He believes in waiting for divorce case to be filled by his wife to avoid the long duration of getting divorced.
But all I want to know is as follows:-
1. Can his wife file any police case or complaint against me.
2. Can she harm me any way legally
3. Can she harm my family legally
4. Is he safe or she can file police case because dowry case is invalid in this case 8 years completed.
5. What are the possible consequence that will be mentally, emotionally and socially harmful for me, my family and him.
6. How should I prepare myself to fight legally if I get into this trouble

YOU ALREADY KNOW UNDER WHAT SECTION SHE CAN CHARGE HIM (TRUE OR FALSE)

YOU ARE WALKINGINTO TROUBLE HAVING AFFAIRS WITH A MAN WHO IS NOT PREPARED TO HAVE A DIVORCE FROM HIS WIFE.

Do you mean you are in this illicit relation since the age f 15 years.

When you don't have any problem so far, what is the use of knowing the consequences. Jab okhli mein sar diya to mooslon se kya darna.

1. End number of police complaints can be filed against your paramour as well as yourself. Why do you intend, tried and attempted to spoil matrimonial life of the married lady?
Q 2 & 3 are repeated where you can definitely be harmed.
Q 4 The complaint for demand of dowry has no limit, it is your misconception since it can be lodged any time, your lover must be prepared for the consequence.
Q 5. Of course, all your actions and behavior is shameless, ridiculous and like that of an animal who care of itself.
Q 6. Get out of this unsocial and illegal relation, get married with some suitable person of your choice and settle in your life after persuading your lover to take care and return to his married life.

Law has no vitality in the absence of morals. You have been 'safe' so far and be assured that there would not be any change in the situation unless you are inflicted by morality.
