Company give me the notice for leave the company but my 5 month salary not paid so I want to know how I got my pending salary.

what are the terms and conditions of the company? did you sign the agreement before your joining in the company?

Is this notice to leave verbal or in writing?
Reply back for proper response.
If it is in writing then The company seems to have supplied the termination notice.......and in such case the company is liable to tender notice pay if it has not issued notice for full notice period..........and won't pay wages if you don't serve notice period.
The company can not issue notice to resign.

Has the company filed for closing of establishment?
Have you submitted any written representation under proper acknowledgment addressed to good offices of appointing authority,MD demanding payment of earned wages for the month of .................with salary slip?

If the company is terminating your services, you may demand the arrears of salary by legal notice through your lawyer or yourself too by sending the same under registered post with Ack due.
