Power of attorney

I have been through many question related to whether POA stands nullified after death or not...
i suggest to visit this site for more details...
As per S4(1) of Power of Attorney Act 1971 POA can not be terminated...

Power of Attorney is Valid Only During the Life Time of Principal.

POA is valid till life of the principal in normal course.
