Sir my father purchase a property in new delhi against GPA on 2013. My father died in the year 2014. Now I want to transfer the GPA in my mother name. Pls advice.

GPA becomes infectious after the death of the holder.
GPA expired with the executor. Contact, consult and engage a local lawyer.
How can U transfer on UR mother's name,though U may be the legal heir.

In Delhi & New Delhi GPA is the Common Procedure.After the Demise of your Father Obtain Legal Heir Certificate.Basing on that You could Execute the Transfer to your Mother's Name by Obtaining No Objection from Other Heirs. Consult Your Local Good Advocate.
