2.Director asking Loan from company any procedure in private ltd company
3.We have two director , one director having 90% share other director have 10% share
the 90 % director. we promote Managing director of 90% share holder.

There is nothing wrong in granting loan to the director which can be recovered from his salary. What is your problem and why do you do not want to sanction loan to the director?
