Someone criminally intimidated me issued serious life threats, but I have no witnesses or recordings of his threats. How to make a strong case of 506 IPC against him ?

Criminal intimidation,threats,thinking of lodging complaint u/s 506 IPC, but without any kind of evidence.How do U think it can be registered? Is it real or an academic query?

I have suffered this. No criminal is such a fool that he will intimidate me before eyewitness. The criminal also advised me that its useless to approach police against him as just my allegation won't indict me.

It is of no use if the case is lodged u/s.506 without any sort of evidence.

Of course, you have really a good understanding about your problem and also know that you can't make any headway in the absence of any evidence. So, why attempt in vain, when unable to prove?
