My grandfather has bought a property by selling my father's plot & registered that bought property on his own name(grandfather's name). now he has given that property to use to his youngest son i.e. to my uncle.. & we are still fighting for the same.. & he is not divinding his property among his 3 son & keeps on saying that after my death you will use my property.. i just want to know 2 things:
1. After the death of my grandfather what is the law to divide property among his 3 son, if there is no will.

2. If there is a will & in that will if he has given all his property to his youngest son i.e. is to my uncle.. than what is the law??

Please help as nothing has left with my father now, he already sold his only land for my grandfather.

First of all how ur GF could sell ur father's property? Only your father could sell his property and none else. be clear on this fact. As regards ur other queries, if ur GF dies without making will all his properties and investments will devolve on all his heirs i.e., his sons daughters and widow in equal proportion. If he executes will he can give all his properties which are his self acquisitions, to any one or all his heirs in such proportion s he decides.(See Hindu succession Act, 1956 for intestate succession)

My grandfather told my father that by selling your plot we will buy a new shop in the market area and we will start a new business their.. thats how my grandfather sold the land & by consulting with my father he registered that shop at his own name.
Please tell me according to the law, if my grandfather wants to transfer all his earned property to my uncle only, than wheather he needs signature of his other son/daughter or not?
