Hello,
i want to know that is there any provision for punishment to husband if husband is involved with another girl and also for that girl if she know that the man she is sleeping with a married and a father too still she insisiting him to marry her and to divorce his wife.
My husband is having an affair with a girl and most of the time they live together , he has started doing everything so that i proceed first to get divorce , for months he doesnt make physical relation , not giving money for household expences, not for a my daily needs , and he started beating me now. On the other hand he is supported by his girl friend family , they are forcing him to get divorce soon and to marry to their daughter... now what can i do in this case , is there any thing to be done to that girl who is breaking my home.
Also i dont belong to a rich family or an strong family there is my widow mother and younger brother so no one is there to say any thing or in a situation to do something so he is taking advantage of this condition.. is there any provision to provide a women legal assistance by govermant if she is not financially able to hire lawyer.
Please suggest me something!

You should gather proofs of the relation, photographs if possible.
Lodge DV complaint if any torture is done.
Lodge dowry demand complaint if any such demand from them.
File case for maintenance.
Do not agree with their demand of divorce till agreeable term is arrived.
Take help of free legal aid center / women cell.

I have gathered many proof against him like his photograpghs wih his gf, his air tickets whereever he went with his girlfriend and his personal chat record with that girl.. would this all will be helpful?

Every possible action can be initiated by you, but at first you have to decide whether you intend to get divorce for yourself or have the aim to get him punished for his relations with his gf?

I want him to get punished becouse till now even after knowing everything i was hoping that he will change himself atleast for the sake of our three year old son but there is no change in him, even he has lodged a false complaint again me on an online website CCTNS and he is doing all this in a planned way, he is lodged some application on different different issue so that he can make a case against me and he is doing all this under the suggestion of his lawyer ... Here after knowing everything i waited for him to change but i think he is never going to change himself, instead i m worried now. He says that u r technical graduate (Btech) so u r not liable for any maintainance and i m MA so court will never gave me an order to gave u maintanance... my husband earns around 1 lack and i m jobless housewife and doing mba (regular) so no chance. Is it possible that i m not liable for maintainance or alimony.

So, if he has said that you will not get maintenance, have you believed him and that is why you have decided to get him punished?
Since you are eligible for maintenance until you earn for yourself, what will be your source of income for your survival, if he gets jailed, as you have already decided to get him punishment, wheweas you have already stated you are from a poor family and can't even afford lawyer's fee?

Yes i cant afford even my expenses rgt now coz i m stucked in a situation where i m doing regular mba and also having a baby so i dont find time to get a job ... in this case either i will have too leave mba . Anyways what can a wife do when his husband does not give any penny to her even to fullfill a lady basic need .. i m not getting a single rupee from him and if we leave money thing aside then i m like unpaid maid in his home .. he is not behaving like a human with me. Just taking advantage of my situation.

If you want to go for divorce, you can proceed with the help of Legal Aid Cell.
"Education not a barrier for wife to seek maintenance" Madras High Court ruled on 30th October 2015.
