Dear Sir, My neighbour constructed a small portion of wall on my compound wall.A/C roofsheet is resting on the wall he constructed. I spoke to him in person regarding this. He said that he would bring the Xerox copy of his documents but never turned up. I then wrote a letter to the local Police station CI about this issue in which I made a mention to my neighbour through the letter to secure his construction so that I can dismantle the age old compound wall and construct a new compound wall. This is the present situation and I request you to kindly advice me how to proceed. I have all the necessary document evidences. Thank you,

Since your personal transactions have not fetched any result, entrust the matter to your lawyer.
If there is some society, welfare committee, Councillor etc try thru them.
If nothing works, entrust to your able lawyer.

Try to resolve the problem through mediation. If not resolved go to civil court by engaging an advocate.
