About sms content and call records

Can we get the details content of incoming and outgoing sms from service provider . Does it saves in server .

My second question
Does call records in server . If it records all calls . Can we get a recorded tape from server.
Please answer me as soon as possible

sms messages are strong proof as it cannot be altered. Unfortunately the sms records/data are not stored beyond six months by any service provider. However call data records (CDRs) are stored for 7 years. For furter informaton, chk on TRAI regulations for services providers.

You may not get it even if your try through all your sources, the alternative is you may get them through court order.
