Employment after retirement

I was retired as Gr.B officer from a Central Govt. Organisation( more than 3 years) and getting pension.

I want to know if I take any commercial employment then will the Govt. stop my pension because every year while submitting life certificate I have to declare that I have not taken any commercial employment. Please give your valuable advice.

Your subsequent employment is not going to stop your pension.

Vide Which service rule the employer is asking as posted by you 'I have to declare that I have not taken any commercial employment.'!
