Dear esteemed legal experts,
I am fighting my case in court for I am charged with Section 279,337 and 338 IPC due to a motorbike accident i was involved in which other person sustained fracture to leg.
1) I wanted to know, what are the punitive implications for me if i am convicted?
2) Will I face problems in terms of background verification of future employment with pvt companies?
3)Will I be allowed to drive freely across the country, buy/sell vehicle etc?
4) Any other problems i might face in future due to the criminal conviction ?
Kindly advise.
Thanks

Please consult the local lawyer. If pleaded guilty, the matter may invite a fine of around Rs.3000/- This need not have any adverse effect on employment prospects or your eligibility to drive.
