Whether any departmental inquiry was settled and decided?
Refer your department Rules in this regard. Pension is not paid if dismissed.

Relate the matter first with service rules.
Seek help from employee's union leaders and an able counsel specializing in labor-service matters.

From the facts stated, you are not entitled for any pensionary benefits. Have you exhausted all the remedies against the departmental action as well the criminal proceeding?

D/Sir,
The action against me was taken under BSNL CDA Rules which are same and copy of CCS CCA Rules , Becoz BSNL is a PSU.My appeal against conviction is pending in the HC Chg.I wrote to the company for financial benefits but my request was declined. No deptt. enquiry was conducted although I was first put under suspension/served Show Cause Notice and then removed from service by informing me that "Your services are undesirable."
warm regards
